About the event
Course time is approximately 4 hours, depending on how many attendees we have.
Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls provided. Bring your own if you have one and want to connect with it.
Wear comfortable clothing, we will be sitting on the floor.
Yoga mats and cushions provided, however feel free to bring your own cushion/bolster/blanket for comfort.
Delicious afternoon tea and herbal teas provided.
